Go to C:\Windows\Prefetch and delete everything inside that Prefetch folder.
Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):
O23 - Service: Sub Connections (Pro) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\shmyga.exe (file missing)
Reboot and report back on your condition.
