I will see if Best Buy will assist me. In the mean time, I'm going to install the Windows 7 beta version. I doubt that will change anything. Upgrading to Vista didn't help. So, it really seems to be only a hardware issue. Either with the power supply or the card. I will check in with you when I get the card tested. THank you for you patience and assistance.
