Let's fix them again:
Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BA02E0A6-78FB-1E21-475E-84EB18D6C183} - (no file)
O23 - Service: grdujixoluhv (jiqeimrx6) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\yfjcyfwb6.exe (file missing)
Restart and post back a new log.
