Re: Cd Drive Missing?
This sometimes happens when you install new CD burning software or system updates.
Go to Start > Run > regedit to open the Registry Editor. Remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values from this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Then reboot.
Important: Make a backup (File > Export) before making any changes to the registry.
