Hello kb7byr

Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and uninstall "advanced registry optimizer "
Then search your whole hard drive for it using "Search" on the Start Menu.
Delete all instances found.

Then download CCleaner
Chose which files to clean up, but try not to use the registry cleaner
