Re: Artifacts on screen after installing graphics card and power supply

Sorry it took so long to reply. I tried what you suggested Dai, actually tried it a couple times. It didn't change anything, but what did change, is the fact that I somehow got a corrupt system file somewhere along the line, that prevented me from accessing my OS. I didn't have a copy on a CD-ROM, to fix the problem, so I had to buy a new disk, which had to be Vista, so now I have a new operating system, which came along with a bunch of new problems that I had to fix. Namely the resolution, which is fine, but won't let me make it as high of a resolution as before. I reinstalled my monitors driver, and that did not seem to help. So, I have a new OS, a lower resolution, and the same screen artifacts as before. I am still using the Antec 500W power supply. I've gone through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling a new power supply twice now. I guess I would try purchasing another more powerful PS, hoping that it will fix the problem. So, unless you have another suggestion, I will have to save up some money and purchase a new PS some time in the near future. Thanks for all your help everyone.
