When I start up my computer, the system runs but there is no signal to the monitor(even though I got a new video card a few months ago that has worked really well) and I tried to reset the system it but it wouldn't let me. I opened up the computer and the cpu fan wasn't spinning - Did I fry my CPU?
Please HELP!
