Exclamation PC randomly crash with black screen and a long beep !!

hi..
i have a problem with my new pc ..
my pc can crash with blank screen and a long beep after playing games or working with graphics software and some times just when i'm doing nothing it may take from 10 minutes to a few hours....
1.swithed memmory dimms places
2. i runed a memtest for a 1 hour and still nothing...
3.temps are fine
4.maybee my power supply is not good enough?
5. a new one :)... when i kicked my pc it did the same thing !!!
