Hi people.

Long time viewer, first time poster.
I have upgraded my processor from a AMD Athlon 2100+/2200+ (I'll explain the confusion) to a AMD Athlon 2700+ TBRED (Changed it all myself). Now, I know the processor is not too powerful for the motherboard, but I have a few problems:

When I right click my computer, it shows that my PC is running at 1.73GHz... but the 2700+ TBREAD is over 2Ghz.
Now, my problems are:

Device Manager isn't showing "Processor" tab.
And, if needs be, how do I change the bios for to alter my CPU Processor clock speed on a Compaq based PC?
Any help would be appreciated.

PS: The confusion about the 2100+/2200+ is that my old processor says 2200 on it, but My CPU shows 2100. Oh, and my Setup is F10.
