I can't seem to find that folder or file...

I got the debug utility installed tho...

=/ this is not going well, lol.

I downloaded support tools, and made the /minidump folder. However, I am not seeing any crash reports being generated. Help please.

I'm currently chatting with Microsoft Tech support trying to see what they can do for me.
