Hm...well, I tried rolling the driver back and a message came up saying it can't be rolled back because there isn't a previous one.

I also tried searching for it, and nothing could be found.

The only thing Windows update is showing me is updating to SP3 and I don't want Service Pack 3 installed on my laptop.

According to Device Manager, the driver is: HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4243N. I don't know exactly if that is useful.

Also, under Properties, it says Driver Provider: Microsoft / Driver Date: 7-1-2001 / Driver Version:5.1.2535.0 / Driver Signer: Microsoft Windows Publisher. Then, it also says - Manufacturer: Standard CD-ROM drives.

I'm not sure where I can locate this driver, now.
