Reseated the processor, the memory, and the video card (not at the same time). Reset the CMOS via the Jumpers, and then pulled the battery from the board as well. I started disconnecting the additional addons that attach to the motherboard, the USB ports, the firewire ports, the the secondary NIC, the com port, one at a time and the restarting. After a phone call to ASUS they said to ship it back, I am currently waiting for my replacement.
