i'm using Get data back now and there is an I/O error coming up (error 55 in HD128 Reading LBA) ??

I've just had to restart my pc and now the Maxator disk is coming up as a Dynamic Disk (unreadable) instead of a basic and if i change it to basic is says all data will be lost is this the case ??
