Standard power supply that came with the system is 300 watts.

Also as far as temps, I cleaned it all out, so it says I'm running in the 100-110 degree range in the bios.

EDIT:

As far as graphic intense, this is starting to seem random. As I recently began to play Matrix Online again. I will blue screen at random it seems while playing it. So I doubt it is RAM just because of that - but I may be wrong? Typically it just seems to be random completely.

Playing music - Sometimes
Games - Sometimes
Graphic Design (Adobe CS4) - Barley ever
Download - Large ones, if I leave the download menu up showing the download completion - sometimes...
