Use the CD if you have a CD drive instead of a floppy. Get DOS 5 or higher from here:
www.allbootdisks.com. There is an ISO image that you can download and use to create a bootable CD media.
Once you have the ISO image on your desktop, open the image with UltraISO or similar then add the Fujitsu diagnostic tool (FJDT.exe).
