How to Ceate Vista bootable DVD from EISA configuration partition on laptop ?

looked all over the net, but nothing seems to address my issue. I Bought a Sony VAIO laptop that didn`t come with a Vista DVD in canada. Its has an 7.59gig partition on the hardrive that hides intall or recovery files. I can`t access the partition and it isn`t assigned a drive letter. I want to make a bootable dvd, repair disk, or hopefully a complete install dvd. I am living and working in the DR congo right now and the power outages fried my bootsequence and i didn`t have a vista disk to repair, but did use the files of off this partition. I solved my problem, but now want to create a vista disk, and the only resource i have is a few blank DVDs this laptop, and a partition I cant access with Programs currently on my OS.
