yes i tried setting it up outside of my case with only the power connected, the processor, processor fan, and 1 stick of memory in the slot closest to the processor.
I even tried taking the processor fan off, cleaning off the old paste and putting some more arctic silver on there and reseated the heatsink, but still go the same result.
still no luck, any other suggestions?
