Did you decide to keep viewpoint?
What kaspersky found were files inside combofix's quarantine so no need to worry about them.
Since you ran the kaspersky scan first, it found one file which combofix deleted when you ran it.
delete this file: c:\windows\system32\stu2.exe
let me know hows your computer running.
