But the Sony support site was the first place I checked for the drivers.

I don't even know if its the video chip, I don't know what kind it is anyway.
The screen is half the size it should be and it only gives me two choices for the resolution size. In the device manager there are yellow exclamation on the mass storage, network and video controller (VGA Compatible). That's why i think it's the video drivers that's causing the problem.
