Re: Norton anti-virus problems

Mcafee antivirus is downloaded, but it won't run for some reason. I'm not sure if mcafee is the problem. i'm not able to remove the program because it's not listed in the remove programs list. i think if mcafee was the problem systemworks would have not worked before i installed norton antivirus 2009. I think the problem is norton 2009 conflicting with systemworks 2006. When I open systemworks it says i'm at risk, like i said, and when i ask to fix now it just lists mcaffee antivirus and to the left of that there is an x. but as long as 2009 antivirus says everything's fine and spysweeper doesn't see any problems, i'm fine, right? i'm still concerned about this winspymonitor program i found on spysweeper. i quarantined it and deleted it. then i downloaded a newer version of spysweeper, which says nothing is wrong. so hopefully its not still on there. is there any way i can tell? i don't know what this DDS program is that this site says i should download. i don't want to put out any information that is personally identifiable or could put me at risk. thanks for the reply
