Sorry it took so long to reply. I've went through a lot trying to get this problem solved. I ended up purchasing a Corsair 550W power supply online, but when I got it, it turned out it was missing a 4 prong connector that I needed, so I had to send it back. I ended up trying out another power supply from Best Buy, that being an Antec 500W power supply. Well, this one doesn't seem to work either. I'm going to include a couple of links, this time with photos I took of my screen to try and show you exactly what I'm dealing with.

In both you can see lines. On the first one, the lines are coming into the picture from the left, and on the second the lines are going into the blue area from the left. They show up beside my mouse at certain points and where ever there are just the right changes in contrast. Now all of this started after installing the graphics card. Probably just need to try getting a more powerful power supply again, this time making sure it has all the connectors. Please tell me what you think. Thanks for all the help. : )
