New motherboard slow start up

Hello my names Robert I hope someone can point in the right direction
Ill try and give you as much information as I can,
I'am a amateur at this so I hope your bear with me

Ive had to replace my mother board (Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H ) and the problem is that the new board take so long to load up, in all it just over four minutes,

When I power up the first screen take around 34 sec

The second screen is the Window takes 53 seconds

The third screen is just black ? and takes 58 second

The forth screen is my Log in

From that point it takes another One minute 33 second before I can connect to the internet

My old board was up and running in One minute

Ok the things ive tried
Defrag my computer..
Scan with Ad-ware and my AVG
Did a CHKDSK...
Want into my system configuration Utility and closed down all the servers
I didnt need and in start up i have only six programs running

I Disable the Windows XP Prefetcher component, which shortens the amount
of time it takes to start up .(got that info of the net)

I have also change some setting in my system properties but none of it
speeds up my Start up

Any help would help.............. Thanks

Robert......
