[SOLVED] rpm problem

hi again its the same temp problem.......a friend suggested that if a cpu gets hot the fan increases its rpm .....is that right???????i have senser view pro....it shows my processor fan rpm at 900-950...the temp it shows are

cpu 40c idle (around 50 -57 when playong cod4)
gpu 63c idle (around 70-72 when playing)
sys 59c
aux 59c
hd 41 c

cpu sensor 1:36c at idle (50-57 when playing)
cpu sensor 2:51c at idle
sys sensor 1:59c
sys sensor 2:46c
sys sensor 3:129c

my specs
intel dual core 2.4ghz
dg31pr
xfx 8400 se
350 watt psu

is this rpm normal for a original intel processor fan???and which sensor to believe is the right in temperature reading!?
p.s...one day i touched my processor's heatsink and when i started my pc the temp went up to 75c and the rpm rose to 2000....!!

so is this rpm and temps normal????????
