Hi..newbie here.

I have a HP Pavillion dv6000 Notebook that less than five days ago stopped working.

The problem is that when I turn on the unit, the Control and power LED lights are illuminated, but I never receive the HP or windows splash screens on my display.

I have reseated both the memory and the HD, but can not get this unit to boot.

I would like to get into the BIOS and run diagnostics, but I never receive the HP screen to enter BIOS.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Also, does anyone know where I can get a BIOS boot disk fro this unit.
