wLan drivers Solaris 10

yeah, after fiddling round with linux for a while i decided i'd try something else, and i have to say i think i've kind've hit it off with openSolaris, i just have one small problem.

My laptop has a broadcom bcm4311 802.11b/g wLan built in to it. And their support for anything not windows is attrocious. Right now i'm having a few problems trying to even find the drivers for windows version, let alone the process of making solaris drivers using the ndis thing.

What i wanted to ask was if anyone knew any of the following

1: if somebody else has already made some drivers and they're stored somewhere to save me fiddling with ndis.

2: if there are any usb / expresscard wLan adapters which are natively supported by openSolaris 10.

3: what the main strengths / weakneses of the solaris os are (may as well ask while i'm here)
