Ran the Kaspersky scan, and the following is the log file that it generated.

The only symptom I've noticed since the ComboFix instructions followed yesterday, is that sometimes (and this has happened a number of times over the past month and a half) after I have started up the computer, it will completely freeze after five to ten minutes of usage, prompting a hard reboot. I suspect, however, that may be a heat or dust problem, since I haven't opened the case and cleaned it out in at least three or four months...
