The time is odd. It seems to start sometime between about 6:00 and 8:00. And the mouse issue is clearly in response to whatever is happening.

I have downloaded Process Explorer and will try to see if I can spot something causing it (of course, it's not doing it yet tonight).

In the meantime, I will follow your guidance and direction as to where to move this to!
