no I could get to it okay are you using internet explorer if not try with it if tha t doesn't work try doing an online scan try this one
Perform an online scan with
Trend Micro™ Anti-Spyware (by clicking the "Scan and Clean your PC" button).
- Follow the prompts to install the ActiveX controls
- It will say "Loading TrendMicro definitions".
- Click "Start Scan"
After it's done scanning, click "
Scan Results"
- Make sure all items found have a check next to them, then click "Clean Threats Now".
- Click Exit.
failing that follow my instuctions below I want to make sure you are clean before I let you go I know it is a pain but we dont wnt you to get reinfected again
Download
DDS and save it to your desktop.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click
dds.scr to run the tool.
- When done, DDS.txt will open.
- Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
- Save both reports to your desktop.
