File not found....or a 0 byte return? Were you using Firefox, or Internet Explorer?


Go Start > Run and copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:

cmd /c Vfind -ltf "%systemdrive%\msxml71.*" >Log.txt&Log.txt&del Log.txt

A Notepad file will open. Post the contents of Log.txt in your next reply.
