Download the closeports.zip attachment.
Unzip it to your desktop.
Double click the closeports.reg and click Yes to any prompts
If there are any problems once you have done this, please do the following
Navigate to C:\Katana\Restore-me.reg and double click it. Accept any prompts.
Are there any problems left now ?
