Windows Firewall Detecting Sinowal.Trojan

Hi Friends :)

Today, I noticed that my PC had Windows Firewall disabled. After re-enabling it, I received a Security Center Alert that asks me if I want to block Sinowal.Trojan. However, the text in the window is misplaced, and the "Keep Blocking" and "Unblock" buttons are not clickable, instead just shadowed out. The only button that is clickable is the one that says what I'm assuming is "Enable Protection" because the words are misplaced there also.

Since I don't know what to click, I just "X" out of the window. The alert still pops up periodically.

I have run the GMER and DDS scans, here are my attached log files.

Thank you much in advance.
