Dude are you using a Clearwire modem in your house plugged into your computer? Or are you using WiFi to connect to your apartment complex. Alot of Clearwire customers think that Clearwire is WiFi which is incorrect. Also, that would be one nasty connection for an apartment complex, 1.5/2MBPS you need to have atleast 4 modems per 10 people with Clearwire.
