I installed Norton 2009 antivirus on my computer the other day. As I was installing it, it said it was removing other norton products, but it didn't. Norton systemworks basic edition is still on my computer and it says I'm at risk even thought norton 2009 says everything's fine. it says I am at risk because the virus protection has been turned off (by the 2009 version for some reason) and when i try to fix it, it doesn't allow me to. It says mcafee virus protection has been turned off and it won't allow me to turn it back on. I tried contacting norton, but there is like a 4 hour wait on the phone.
