Oh... well.... Im sorry guys, but id have to close this topic, cince i resolved the problem... It was BAD sector on HDD..... I gave him his laptop with a warning about what BAD represents... but the system is working and so on....

But id love to hear how can u counter BAD sectors... I know u can run CHKDSK but is there more advanced method.. ???
