Ok small update... friend brought USB HDD and i plugged it in and tryed to run win install again... well this time it detected all partitions and installed winxp (not on USB HDD). I installed all drivers and run CHKDSK which detected a BAD sector 4KB in size... attempting to fix it now.... any ideas ?
