Run TreeSize at elevated admin level - this will tell you space used by folder.

Install -

http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml

Go to desktop, RIGHT-click on icon, run as administrator.

Also check VSS - system restore. START | rstrui - turn off, re-boot, turn back on again. NOTE: you will lose all of your system restore points by doing this.
