Thank you for your reply. I forgot to mention, Im stuck on that screen.

if i press ctrl+alt+del, ummm the laptop restarts, and the same error appears. ive tried to reset the laptop and do it again and again, still nothing... do you think my laptop's harddrive is fried? its only 5months old
