Hey thx for your reply i had already tried sfc a few days ago with no luck

i am basically giving up and sending the PC back i have been checking through the system logs and there is alot of disk errors have tried to run seatools for windows and im getting fails. so i ran seatools for dos it failed first time passed second time.

anyway thx again for taking the time to reply its much appreciated
