for got to ask
are you useing (msconfig ) to control the start up
this is a bad idea / msconfig is used for trouble shoot the system / it is not ment for long term use / it can have bad effects if it is used for long term use
i would return it to normal settings and use a 3rd party program like (c-cleaner)
the start up manager is in the (tools) section of the program
