first of all, if the operating system came with the original computer, you cannot transfer it to another computer. You will need to purchase a new copy.

You cannot move a drive from one computer to another and expect the os to work, different computers, different motherboard, different drivers.

Once your os is legal, you should be able to do repair install using a legal cd to get it to boot
