My System

Re: Help me make sense of crash dump.

How old is the system? I see WERCON has 5 entries in it starting on 15 Nov 07:57 hours. Nothing before.

Check Device Manager - it appears some difficulty with USB device?
devmgmt.msc - enable hidden devices via the View tab

Flash player plug-ins are causing Firefox to crash -
Code:
NPSWF32.dll, 10.0.12.36, time stamp 0x48e83344, exception code 0xc0000409
NPSWF32.dll, 9.0.124.0, time stamp 0x47e86fa6, exception code 0xc0000005
FFox should work under x64, but there have been problems. Try IE7 - x86 version on your system. You have both x86 & x64 IE7.

1st listed - time stamp 0x48e83344 = Sat Oct 04 23:23:48 2008
2nd listed - time stamp 0x47e86fa6 = Mon Mar 24 23:21:10 2008

The newer one from 4 Oct caused FireFox to fail 18 Nov 20:08
10 minutes later, the older one cause FireFox to fail w/ 0xc0000005 exception - memory access vioation.
