I have a Gateway laptop which I recently sent in for repairs on the power jack - the pin was loose inside the jack - after getting it back the same problem was occuring so I sent it back to the repair place and they told me the problem wasn't actually the jack but instead somewhere in the motherboard. They said they have recieved two other laptops with the exact same problem in the past couple of weeks. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Now my latop won't even start, despite me having givin it to them being able to start and function properly, aside from the jack being lose. PISSED OFF.
