Cannot Get To BIOS Settings
The problem all started when I recently changed the frequency on my memory from 666 to 800 and now my computer will not boot and all that happens is my PSU fan turns on, my optical drive makes a sound and then everything turns off within one second. After about 3 seconds everything starts up again without me pressing any buttons, but then turns off quickly again.
I have tried resetting the BIOS and even removing the CMOS battery and replacing it. I tried removing all PCI cards and still have no luck.
I checked out all of my sticks of memory and they are all OK and have no damage to them, nor do any other components from my system.
I even tried changing the voltage on my PSU From 115 to 230 and the computer at least continues to run the fans without turning off within 1 second, but still will not boot.
I would appreciate any help.
