Toshiba Qosmio G20 -- Bluescreening

So I seem to be having an issue with toshiba laptops. This is the latest and I have no clue what I should do next. I shall explain.

The fault: Blue screen, hardware error. A system recovery was done, but made no difference.

This is what I have done thus far:
-- Ran memtest, all hardware tests, and all passes.
-- Can only do a Read test on ONE drive. Cannot do any other HDD tests.
-- Started Ubunutu and I can see the two drives, one is marked as SCSI. Unable to access drives as the error says "Cannot Mount Volume"

This system has two HDD and both are Futijsu (spl?) I tried using an HDD diagnostic specific to this brand, however that did not even work. Every test I have tried either the HDDs do not come up or they are not supported by the diagnostic.

Any ideas? Ask any questions and I will try to answer whether I have done it or not.

Thanks for any help in advance!

EDIT to add:
Even when I log into windows, Windows itself shows only one HDD and not the other. Also when I go to disk management, there again is only one HDD.
