Hi again,

I went through the "create restore point" exercise on the link and, I think, created a registry backup, however I can't restore to an earlier date because I keep getting a message tthat says "changes made to drive D: after this point cannot be reversed ...drive was excluded, turned off or removed"

I close the box and on the reboot "cannot be restored" to selected date, "no changes have been Made.."

What's the best thing to do?
