My System

Video card heatsink

I have an old video card which is primarily used to display just normal pictures and for normal office working. No games or anything graphic intensive thing. However currently the MOB is out of order and i am planning to use the card on another MOB that has the VGA port damaged. The problem is the card's heatsink unit is not working so well. The fan does turn but not so perfectly.

My question, is can i still use the card. Previously the computer is in a room with air cond but now it will be placed outside the room. Will it overheat.

Thanks
