My C://Program Files/Windows Media Player folder is completely empty (no .dll or anything) and when i try and download it from microsoft it says i have the newest version and i dont need to update. what do i do?
i know i can restore back to the to the last windows update, but i only want to do that if its the only option.
Also, will any of my files be deleted if they were created after the restore point(if i restore)?

Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
Windows Media Player 11-i think(the most recent one)
