I'll Try, not sure I completely understand.

If your HD is full, 80GB with 71.7 GB Used, & 827 MB Free, you have two choices, either you can delete old files (unused) and uninstall unused programs and free up some space or install a new larger HD.

You can use the free XX Clone program listed above in the stickies to set up your new HD.

Other options are to install a new larger HD as your primary and use your existing as a secondary HD thus giving you access to all your data.
