My girlfriend brought her new laptop round (vista) and we followed the help instructions which were just to switch off and unplug the cable modem and then wait for 10 seconds and plug back in and try and reconnect. It worked on hers first, then instantly worked on mine the second time. how strange that thats all it took? thanks again
