Without the DEV/VEN # I can only guess.
The link for your drivers are here:

I would choose either:
http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=152055

Or
http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=135925

But it could be others. That is why I need the DEV/VEN #.
Do you have ANY errors in the DEVICE MANAGER (you should)?
If so follow the steps posted previously and post the DEV/VEN #
